At Queen Mercy Beauty, every detail is intentional to ensure a refined and seamless experience. Please review the policies below before booking.

●Appointments & Deposits

●All appointments must be booked in advance.

●A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied to your total.

●Appointments are confirmed only after the deposit is received.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Kindly provide 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.

Repeated no-shows may result in full prepayment or declined future bookings.

Timeliness

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation while still being charged in full.

Hair Preparation

Hair must be freshly washed, blow-dried, and straightened, free of oils or products.

If hair needs to be straightened at your appointment, a $30 preparation fee will be added.

Extensions

Pre-stretched extensions only are accepted.

Extensions are available for purchase at Queen Mercy Beauty.

Guests

To maintain a calm and luxurious environment, no extra guests or children are permitted unless previously approved.

Media & Content

Photos and/or videos may be taken during or after your service for branding and promotional purposes.

Please inform us prior to your appointment if you prefer not to be photographed or recorded.

Payments

Remaining balances are due at the time of service.
