1. Service Not Listed?
If the service you need is not available online, please message us first so we can finalize the details before selecting any service.

2. Book What You Want
If the service you need is available online and you book it, you are agreeing to pay the listed price.

3. No Price Negotiations
Please do not book one service and try to negotiate the price after your appointment is completed.
For example, if you book Miracle Knot Braids, the listed price is the amount due.

4. Respect Our Pricing
If you feel our prices are not within your budget, we kindly ask that you do not book that service.

5. Discounts
Discounts are offered only during official Queen Mercy Beauty Supply sales and promotions.

Hair Preparation

Hair must be freshly washed, blow-dried, and straightened, free of oils or products.

If hair needs to be straightened at your appointment, a $30 preparation fee will be added.

Extensions

Pre-stretched extensions only are accepted.

Extensions are available for purchase at Queen Mercy Beauty
