Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Hair extensions (including bundles, wigs, braiding hair, closures, and frontals)

Beauty tools used on hair or skin (combs, brushes, bonnets, etc.)

Hair products that have been opened (shampoo, conditioner, oils, styling products, etc.)

Cosmetics, lashes, and personal care items

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect product:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Provide a photo of the item and packaging.

We will offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.

Online Purchases
For online orders:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for the cost of sending returns back, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only for items that meet our return criteria.

If the item is out of stock, store credit will be issued.

Store Credit
Approved returns may be refunded as store credit.

Store credit can be used on any future purchase online or in-store.
